Jürgen
Doberstein

Jürgen Doberstein, also known as the ‘Dobermann’, is an exceptional professional German boxer competing in the super middleweight category. He was born in Kazakhstan in 1989 and moved with his family to Saarland in 1998, where he now lives with his wife and three children.

His impressive boxing career began at the tender age of nine. The Saarland native won countless amateur titles. After winning the Berlin championships, Doberstein became a professional boxer at the age of eighteen. He was crowned German champion in the adult category and won numerous international titles.

Jürgen has been training alone since 2020 and organised the first URSAPHARM Fight Night in 2022, planned by him and his team and since repeated multiple times.

Jürgen Doberstein’s incomparable style and tactical finesse make him an unpredictable opponent in the ring.

On September 28, 2024, Doberstein GBC became super middleweight world champion, fulfilling a long-held dream. He successfully defended his title in May 2025. But his journey is not over yet.

Jürgen Doberstein is a committed ambassador for boxing. He is known for his passion, ambition and determination, both inside and outside the ring.
