German gymnastics team at 2025 Trampoline Gymnastics World Championships in Pamplona

From 5 to 9 November 2025, the world trampoline gymnastics elite will be heading to Pamplona (Spain) for the World Championships. To the German gymnastics team, this represents the highlight of the season – as well as a premiere: the mixed synchronised discipline has been included in the championship programme for the first time ever.

The German squad

The German Gymnastics Association (DTB) have nominated a compact but strong team:

  • Aileen Rösler (MTV Bad Kreuznach)
  • Gabriela Stöhr (Munich Airriders)
  • Matthias Schuldt (TG Dietzenbach)
  • Caio Lauxtermann (MTV Bad Kreuznach)
  • Fabian Vogel (MTV Bad Kreuznach)

Rösler and Vogel will be competing together in the mixed synchronised event. Lauxtermann and Schuldt will form a pair for the men’s synchronised competition.

Aims and expectations

The coaching team of Katarina Prokesova and Jörg Hohenstein have focused on continuity:

We are bringing a small team who also recently competed in the last of the World Cup series in Antibes.

  • Individual: The aim for both the men and the women is to reach the semi-finals – with the possibility of final spots.
  • Men’s synchronised: Lauxtermann/Schuldt want to reach the final and are striving for medals.
  • Mixed synchronised: Rösler/Vogel are hoping for a successful debut and a place in the final.

The competition is strong – 51 countries will be represented in Pamplona. The German team are arriving with self-confidence and will be seeking to consolidate their positive development from recent months.

We would like to wish the entire gymnastics team much luck and success in Pamplona.
