Team75 Motorsport in Porsche Sixt Carrera Cup Germany with Daniel Gregor

Truly home-grown talent…
Team75 Motorsport is starting the new Porsche Sixt Carrera Cup Germany season with a truly home-grown talent: 19-year-old Daniel Gregor from Maikammer has been supported and encouraged by the Palatinate team since his karting days.
The young man was already successfully wearing the Bernhard junior team’s colours at the age of 13. From there he moved into the touring car junior cup, so the next logical step in his meteoric career was a jump into GT4 sport. He showcased his huge talent in the DTM Trophy, driving a Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 RS Clubsport for Team75 Motorsport. When this series was discontinued at the end of 2022, Daniel was ‘loaned’ to another team in the ADAC GT4 Germany, but remained in the Team75 Motorsport stable. Last year, the young Palatinate driver gained his first GT3 cup experience in the Porsche Carrera Cup Italy, but still remained under the patronage of ‘his’ Team75. However, his aim was always to return to Team75 Motorsport.
The team is celebrating a very special anniversary this year: ‘50 years of motorsport with the Bernhard family’. This is a true success story of a ‘family company’, as emphasised by team owner Timo Bernhard and his sister Jennifer Leising, who serves as team manager. ‘2025 is a very special year for us’, Jenny explains. ‘We are celebrating our 50th birthday.’ Timo takes a look back to where it all began: ‘In 1975, our father laid the foundations for our family’s long history with motorsport in a mountain race with his Simca Rallye 2.’ They both agree: ‘This is something we can be really proud of.’ Promoting young talent, such as in karting and series for talented young touring car drivers, has also always played a major role in the team’s history.
Team75 Motorsport is therefore focusing on young talent once again for the 2025 Porsche Sixt Carrera Cup Germany, and Daniel is returning to his motorsport home to celebrate their anniversary year. In the 2025 season, he will be driving the 510-horsepower Porsche 911 GT3 Cup with the starting number 15, and will be scoring points in both the overall classification and the rookie rankings for newcomers. This makes Daniel the first driver to have journeyed with Team75 Motorsport from junior karting through to the Palatinate family company’s top programme. To celebrate the anniversary, his Cup Porsche will appear on the starting line in Team75 Motorsport’s characteristic basic design from the 2015/2017 GT Masters.
As previously announced, the sister vehicle with the starting number 14 will be driven by Senna van Soelen (19, Oostvoorne/Netherlands). Team75 Motorsport once again have a young, highly talented and hugely promising duo in Daniel and Senna.
Back home. The circle is complete, I am back where I started. We have always worked successfully together – thank you, Team75 Motorsport. Let’s take on the Porsche Sixt Carrera Cup Germany together.
Daniel Gregor
Team boss Jennifer Leising: ‘In Daniel Gregor, we have gained another strong driver for our team. Daniel and Team75 Motorsport – this combination goes back to Daniel’s beginnings in karting, and we are delighted with this long-standing collaboration. In Daniel and Senna, we now have a very strong pair of drivers lining up for the Porsche Sixt Carrera Cup Germany. The goals we plan to tackle together are ambitious to match.’

Team owner Timo Bernhard: ‘Daniel Gregor is a very special driver. He is the first driver to have started with us in the junior Team75 as a 13-year-old kart driver and moved right through to our top programme in the Porsche Sixt Carrera Cup Germany. Daniel has absolutely earned this, and I am sure that we will continue to see a lot of positive things from him this year.’
Porsche Carrera Cup Germany 2025 dates:
