Training with the best: exclusively at the HYLO® Open 2024
Children and young people can register for professional training now
As part of the HYLO® Open 2024 in Saarbrücken, running from 29 October to 3 November 2024, children and young people once again have the unique opportunity to learn from Germany’s top badminton players as they train with the best. During the final weekend, on Saturday 2 November and the morning of Sunday 3 November, national players will be offering valuable training tips and answering questions from young fans. Coaches and club managers will also be able to gain valuable insights and ideas from the professionals.

Working in small coaching groups, the professionals will tailor things to the young players individually and adapt the exercises to their performance level. The children and young people participating only need to bring sportswear, indoor shoes and a racket. Training shuttlecocks will be provided by the organiser 1. BC Saarbrücken-Bischmisheim. Following the coaching session, all participants will also be invited into the Saarlandhalle to watch the full action from the World Tour Event live.
Lukas (12) participated last year, and enthused after the training session: ‘That was the best! I learned so much and it was incredibly fun to share a court with the pros. They showed us how to improve – and I was even able to get an autograph!’

Clubs and associations can register their players to train with the best up until Sunday 13 October 2024. To register, simply email info@hylo-open.de with the total number of participants. All applicants will then go into a draw for places, and clubs will be contacted directly to discuss the details.
