Saarlouis Royals

The Saarlouis Royals are one of the longest-standing teams in German women’s basketball. Their dynamic style of play combines pace, aggressive defence and team unity.

Under the watchful eye of a committed group of coaches, the team draws on a mixture of young talent and experienced players.

The Royals are all about sporting ambition, strong fan loyalty and a passionate atmosphere at the Stadtgartenhalle.

Saarlouis Royals FAQs

For youth basketball, we collaborate with various clubs across the Greater Region, which sets us apart from many other clubs. We have a performance-oriented academy where talent can receive targeted coaching from A and B licence coaches. You can contact us at: buero@bc-sls.de

The Stadtgartenhalle can hold 1,500 spectators: 1,000 seated and 500 standing.

Normally twice a day.

At our home games, we have a fan shop in the foyer of the Stadtgartenhalle. You can also buy merchandise from our main office.

Tickets are available from the ticket office during our matches. You can also buy tickets from the ticket shop on our website. In addition, before the season begins you can purchase season tickets, which work out cheaper overall than individual tickets.

Absolutely! Email our main office at buero@bc-sls.de with ‘Player escorts’ in the subject line and let us know why you should run onto the court with our players.

The jerseys worn during matches are raffled off at most home games during the season. You can also buy your own jersey, but they are not available in our normal fan shop. Upon request, we can order you jerseys in your size directly from our supplier Peak. Just get in touch with our main office.

Absolutely! Our players hold at autograph hours during at least two home games each season. Keep an eye out for announcements on social media.
