Ocean’s Seven

The Ultimate Challenge in Long-Distance Swimming
The Ocean’s Seven is a long-distance swimming challenge that consists of seven of the most difficult ocean channels in the world. These include the English Channel, the North Channel, and the Strait of Gibraltar. Swimmers must overcome extreme conditions like cold water, strong currents, and dangerous marine life. Only a small number of athletes have successfully completed all seven swims, making the Ocean’s Seven one of the most demanding achievements in the sport of swimming.
