Gabriel Clemens
Gabriel Clemens, better known as the ‘German Giant’ is a German professional darts player and has held a Professional Darts Corporation (PDC) Tour Card since 2018. Before this he primarily played in national tournaments and federal leagues.
As well as playing darts, he likes to spend his spare time with his girlfriend, family and friends. For someone like Gabriel Clemens who spends every weekend away at a tournament or other event, private life often suffers. He enjoys free time whenever he gets the chance!

Gabriel Clemens is a trained metalworker. He previously worked part-time as an industrial mechanic for a municipal union in Saarland. Gabriel’s employer supported him right through to when he became a full-time darts professional in 2019. Gabriel Clemens was released by his employer at the end of 2019 to allow him to focus all of his attentions on his darts career.
Gabriel Clemens is currently placed 19th in the PDC Order of Merit (as of March 2023). Gabriel Clemens was placed 25th in 2021 and 2022.
Gabriel Clemens is a member of the Dartverein Kaiserslautern darts club. He has been playing here for around ten years. Before this he played for a darts club in Saarland.
Gabriel Clemens generally begins training at 8 a.m. A training session lasts for four to six hours. Three or four hours of this is spent throwing darts and training at the board. The rest of the time, he works on his physical fitness and mental strength using a variety of training exercises. Gabriel Clemens trains daily, except for during tournaments. He completes his training at his own training centre in Reisbach (municipality of Saarwellingen).
Gabriel Clemens’s favourite food is curried sausage. As he is often on the road, he occasionally eats fast food.
